A member of the Merit team since 2021, James has a diverse background of experience in ecommerce, marketing, business consulting, and software development. As the Chief of Staff at Merit, James manages special projects within the company as well as handling a number of customer accounts.

James graduated from Colorado State University with his bachelor’s in English.
